Defects identified during our audits are forwarded to the incumbent maintenance provider for rectification at their cost, where applicable.
We undertake a comprehensive inspection of the condition, operation, performance of the Vertical Transportation asset to verify that the maintenance being undertaken is satisfactory and provide an opinion on the level of service currently being provided by the maintenance contractor. We then prepare a schedule of defects identifying any deficiencies in adjustment, condition, operation or performance of the equipment and from a Breakdown Report, provide an analysis of any trends or areas of concern. Clients receive a report detailing our findings and a schedule of defects is forwarded to the maintenance contractor for rectification.
